Board of Kilpest India appoints director

At meeting held on 27 March 2015

Kilpest India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved appointment of Mithala Dubey as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 27 March 2015 in compliance to provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.
