Board of B & A appoints directors

At meeting held on 26 March 2015

B & A announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has appointed the following existing rotational and independent directors as 'Independent Director' for term upto 31 March 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing general meeting:
