Board of Presha Metallurgical considers change in registered office

At meeting held on 02 March 2015

Presha Metallurgical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To shift registered office of the Company from A/302, Maruti Complex, Gotri Road, Nr. Nathubhai Circle, Vadodara-390006, Gujarat to Ff-30, Flat No. 103, Sun Square Complex, Sama Savli Road, Vadodara - 390008, Gujarat w.e.f. 18 February 2015.
