Financial Technologies (India) updates on divestment in IEX

Concludes sale of 2.60% stake in IEX to Aditya Birla Capital Advisors

With reference to divestment in Indian Energy Exchange (IEX), Financial Technologies (India) announced that the Company has concluded the sale of 2.60% equity stake in IEX on fully diluted basis, with Aditya Birla Capital Advisors (for and on behalf of Aditya Birla Trustee Company, Trustees to the Aditya Birla Private Equity Fund I) and Aditya Birla Capital Advisors (for and on behalf of Aditya Birla Trustee Company, Trustees to the Aditya Birla Private Equity Sunrise Fund) and accordingly 7,88,544 equity shares has been transferred to the above two Purchasers from the Escrow Account with Axis Bank.

The Company will also adhere to the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the captioned subject matter.
