Outcome of board meeting of S R G Securities Finance

S R G Securities Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

- A new Loan of Rs. 9 crore was sanctioned by SBI, Udaipur. The board approved the terms and conditions of such sanction and authorized the Directors to sign the documents in this regards.
