Ganon Trading & Finance Company announced that the Board has approved the appointed of Sheetal Bhavin Nagda as an Additional Director (Independent Woman Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 23 May 2016.The Board also took note of the cessation of Tejaswini N. Govindekar as Director from the Board of the Company with effect from 23 May 2016.
