Godrej Properties allots 707 equity shares

Under ESOP

Godrej Properties has allotted 707 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, with effect from February 26, 2018, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,08,23,99,620/- consisting of 21,64,79,924 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
