GRUH Finance allots equity shares

Under stock options

GRUH Finance has allotted 1,90,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors on 11 November 2014.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,65,01,660 consisting 36,32,50,830 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
