Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 11 November 2014 allotted 11,89,130 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/Director(s).

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,13,42,350 consisting of 157,06,71,175 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
