GTPL Hathway acquires balance 9.80% stake in GTPL Zigma

GTPL Hathway has acquired balance 9.80% i.e. 3,403 Equity Shares of GTPL Zigma, Subsidiary of the Company at face value i.e. Rs. 10/- each per share on 04 August 2021 and pursuant to said acquisition GTPL Zigma has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
