Hindalco Industries allots 2.16 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Hindalco Industries has allotted 2,16,362 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees who have exercised their options pursuant to the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme. With this allotment, the paid up share capital has increased to 2246900609 equity shares of Re 1 each.
