Board of Arvind Fashions approves fund raising up to Rs 400 cr

At meeting held on 03 June 2021

The Board of Arvind Fashions at its meeting held on 03 June 2021 has approved the proposal for raising funds by way of further issue of securities (including convertible or non-convertible) through preferential issue and/or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 400 crore, subject to applicable laws and necessary shareholder / regulatory approvals, as may be applicable.
