Info Edge (India) receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Info Edge (India) announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi has pronounced the Order to sanction the Scheme of Amalgamation of wholly owned subsidiary company High Orbit Careers (Transferor Company), into and with Info Edge (India) (the Company or Transferee Company). The Order was uploaded on the official portal of the NCLT today.
