LN Industries India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2014, to fix the Date, Time and Venue for the 21st Annual General Meeting and to Fix the dates of the Book Closure for the purpose of the AGM of the Company, and to consider changes in the directorate and auditors of the company.
