Lakshmi Vilas Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 August 2014 has affected the following changes in the Board -

Accepted the resignation of R Sharan.

Co-opted Prakash P Mallya and Pankaj Vaish as Additional Directors.
