Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals renamed as Orchid Pharma

Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 15 September 2015 have approved to change the name of the Company to "Orchid Pharma" and the special resolution was passed with requisite majority.

Based on this, the Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, for change of name and the Registrar of Companies have approved the change in the name of the Company to "Orchid Pharma".
