Outcome of board meeting of Rasoi

Rasoi announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 January 2016, inter alia, has considered the following matters:

1. Decided to change the name of the Company subject to all the necessary approvals.

2. Appointed MR & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Kolkata as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
