With effect from 12 January 2016

Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) announced that Neha Junjhunwala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the above mentioned post w.e.f. 12 January 2016. Consequently, Neha Jhunjhunwala has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from 12 January 2016.
