Power Grid Corporation of India announces cessation of directors

With effect from 16 January 2016

Power Grid Corporation of India announced that the tenure of five Non-official Part-time Directors (Independent Directors) viz. R. K. Gupta, Dr. K. Ramalingam, R. Krishnamoorthy, Ajay Kumar Mittal and Mahesh Shah, appointed w.e.f. 16 January 2013 for a period of three years vide GOI Order Dt. 16 January 2013, is getting completed on 15 January 2016 and on completion of such tenure, they cease to be Directors on the Board of Power Grid Corporation of India.
