Prestige Estates Projects has executed an investment agreement dated 13 January 2020 with GAMNAT with regard to the proposed issue of 1,34,41,654 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs 325 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 436.85 crore to GAMNAT on preferential basis.
