Board of Satin Creditcare Network announces change in Group CFO and Chief Risk Officer

At meeting held on 13 January 2020

The Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network at its meeting held on 13 January 2020 has approved the following -

1. Cessation of Jugal Kataria from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 13 January 2020.

2. Elevation of Jugal Kataria as a Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from 13 January 2020.

3. Appointment of Krishan Gopal as Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 13 January 2020.

4. Appointment of Prem Prakash as Chief Risk Officer of the Company with effect from 13 January 2020.
