RattanIndia Enterprises announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of 'NEORISE TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO', formed under the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and registered in Free Zone Company records on 27 December 2021.The newly formed company will provide management consultancy, project management services and make investment in commercial enterprises and management.
