SI Capital & Financial Services announced that the Board at the meeting held on 28 December 2021, has approved the appointment of Unnikrishnan Anchery as an Additional Director of the Company, Dr. Habeeb Rahiman and Mr. George Abraham as Additional and Independent Directors of the Company, and appointment of Mr. Ajeesh K A as the Chief Financial Officer - Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
