Redington India allots 39.06 cr equity shares

Under bonus issue

Redington India has allotted 39,06,47,122 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each as fully-paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of One (1) equity share of Rs 2/- each for every One (1) existing equity share of Rs 2/- each, to the Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / List of beneficial owners as on 20 August 2021, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 78,12,94,244/- constituted of 39,06,47,122 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs 1,56,25,88,488/- constituting 78,12,94,244 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
