Safari Industries (India) allots 13,500 equity shares under ESOS

Safari Industries (India) has allotted 13,500 equity shares under ESOS. Consequent to said allotment the issued, subscribed and paid up equity shares capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 4,47,28,000 /- to Rs. 4,47,55,000/- for equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
