Satin Creditcare Network redeems 2.50 cr preference shares

Satin Creditcare Network has redeemed 2,50,00,000, 12.10% unlisted Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.10/- each, at par and paid the principal amount aggregating to Rs. 25 crore along with dividend accrued till date of redemption (i.e. 22 April 2021) amounting to Rs. 3,19,90,411 plus applicable taxes to the Preference Shareholders, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Agreement between the Company and Preference Shareholders.
