Shree Cement executes business transfer agreement with Jaiprakash Associates

For acquisition of 1.50 MTPA cement grinding unit at Panipat

Shree Cement announced that the Company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Jaiprakash Associates on 19 September 2014 for acquisition of 1.50 MTPA cement grinding unit of Jaiprakash Associates situated at Panipat in the State of Haryana on going concern basis. The transaction is subject to obtaining necessary approvals and consents.
