Bhanot Construction & Housing announced that consequent to the resignation of Ravinder Kumar Sapra , Company Secretary, the Board in its meeting held on 16 August 2014 has appointed Pradhyuman Singh Yadav as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 16 August 2014.
