Board of Ankit Metal & Power approves restructuring of debt as per CDR LOA

At meeting held on 19 September 2014

Ankit Metal & Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 September 2014 have considered and approved the Restructuring of Company's Debts as per the Corporate Debt Restructuring Letter of Approval (CDR LOA) received pursuant to the restructuring package approved by the CDR Empowered Group (CDR EG) at its meeting dated 09 September 2014.
