Simplex Trading & Agencies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 November 2014, to decide on the proposal of Bonus Issue of Equity Shares, to increase the capital and amendment in Memorandum and Articles of Association, and to fix the date and time for convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting and to approve draft notice of the same.
