Board of HeidelbergCement India approves change in financial year

At meeting held on 05 November 2104

HeidelbergCement India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, has, subject to receipt of necessary approvals, resolved to extend the financial year of the Company by three months i.e., up to 31 March 2015 to comply with the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013, which inter alia provides that the financial year of a Company should end on 31st day of March every year.

Thus the current financial year of the Company will be of 15 months from 01 January 2014 to 31 March 2015.
