Board of Hotel Leela Venture decide to transfer investment in two subsidiaries

Hotel Leela Venture announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014 approved on the following -

Transfer of the entire investment/ shareholding of the Company in Leela Realty at a net worth value of Rs 8.58 lakh to promoters/ affiliates / related parties.

Transfer of Leela Palaces and Resorts for an enterprise value of Rs 90 crore to a prospective buyer.
