Syndicate Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 17 July 2016

Syndicate Bank announced that Sanjay Anant Manjrekar, who was appointed as Officer Employee Director for a period of 3 years by Central Government vide its notification dated 17 July 2013, in terms of Section 9(3)(f) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, is ceased to be a director of the Bank with effect from 17 July 2016, consequent upon completion of his term of Office.
