Tejas Networks has allotted 1,07,289 equity shares under ESOP on 23 December 2021.
Consequent to the allotment made on December 23, 2021, the paid-up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 1,14,10,57,130 /- divided into 11,41,05,713 equity shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 1,13,99,84,240 /- divided into 11,39,98,424 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
