Motherson Sumi Systems receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation and arrangement

Motherson Sumi Systems announced that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT) by way of an order dated 22 December 2021, has sanctioned the Scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Motherson Sumi Systems, Samvardhana Motherson International, Motherson Sumi Wiring India and their respective shareholders and creditors.
