Thermax and EverEnviro to set up JV to undertake Bio-CNG projects
Thermax has executed Shareholders Agreement with Everenviro
Resource Management (EverEnviro) on 27 July 2022 for incorporating a a company to execute technology, engineering, procurement & construction
(TEPC) scope for the Bio-CNG Project. The shareholding pattern of the proposed new company shall be as under: Thermax - 65% and EverEnviro - 35%.
