VCCL announces change in director

With effect from 01 October 2015

VCCL announced that Sudeepti Srivastava, Woman Director of the Company has resigned from the Board w.e.f. 30 September 2015.

The Board has approved her resignation and appointed Astha Chaturvedi as an Independent Woman Director (Additional) on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company, for a term of Five Years w.e.f. 01 October 2015, subject to shareholders' approval at its Annual General Meeting.
