With immediate effect

State Bank of Travancore announced about the following change in the Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore:

- Vijay Kumar Monga, General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries), State Bank of India, Mumbai has been nominated as the Director of the Bank by State Bank of India under Section 25 (1) (c) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 with immediate effect.
