Asahi Songwon Colors announces change in directorate

With effect from 09 October 2015

Asahi Songwon Colors announced that the Board has accepted the resignation of Munjal M. Jaykrishna as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from 09 October 2015. However, Munjal M. Jaykrishna will continue to remain on the Board as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
