Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Wednesday condoled the death of Kamla Advani, wife of senior BJP leader L.K. Advani.
In a condolence message, Mulayam Singh Yadav said he was sad at the demise of Kamla Advani and extended his sympathies to the former deputy prime minister and his family.
Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, who is currently on a family vacation to Australia, also condoled the death of the 83-year-old Kamla Advani.
In a message issued by the chief minister's office, Akhilesh Yadav said he was sad at Kamla Advani's demise and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
