A matter too 'scientific' for Rijiju

Kiren Rijiju is one of the more promising ministers of state for home affairs and is known never to miss a trick on the digital media, especially Twitter. He was urged on the microblogging site to reply to a Right to Information (RTI) plea that was concerned "about the readiness of our government in the event of an invasion by alien zombies and extra-dimensional beings. What are our chances against them? And can we do without Will Smith?" Rijiju couldn't respond in a similar vein, instead answering stiffly: "The subject matter is too scientific. This kind of RTIs will waste the precious time of the office staff."
