3 teens drown in Tamsa river in UP

Three teenagers today drowned while taking a bath in Tamsa river at Thekulia Ghat here.

They had gone to bathe in Rouja township when they accidentally slipped into the deeper side and drowned, police said.

The deceased have been identified as Hamir Hamzad (10), Faran (11) and Tavis Ahmed (13), they said, adding the bodies have been fished out and sent for postmortem.
