"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Amber Marchese has been diagnosed with cancer again.
Five years after battling breast cancer, the star recently shared with her Twitter followers that she found a small lump in the same breast as her first diagnosis, reported Ace Showbiz.
Despite the lump, Marchese still continued to spend her time travelling to the Bahamas with her family and several close friends for their Easter holiday.
She admitted that she privately cried although she looked though and cheerful.
"I kept a smile on my face in front of everyone and cried in private. As comforting as the statistics should be to me, I still have spent the last couple of weeks in complete anxiety, fear, and stress," she said.
