'Dreaded' criminal arrested in Bulandshahar

A dreaded criminal of Anil Dujana gang was arrested in Bulandshahar here, police said today.

KP alias Rannu was the sharpshooter of the gang and was carrying a cash award of Rs 12,000 on his head, DSP, Special Task Force, Noida Raj Kumar Mishra said.

He was working under Balram Thakur and carried killings under his command, the official said.

A number of murder and robbery cases are registered against him, Mishra said.

"In 2010 he carried the murder of trader Satya Prakash in Meerut. He was planning to kill a Dadri trader. Before he could carry on with his plans, he was arrested by STP last night," he said.
