Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh will begin the first phase of the winter tour of the lower areas of the state on Saturday.
In the four-day tour, the Chief Minister will visit Dharamsala, Nurpur, and Palampur of Kangra district, according to an official release here.
Singh will land at the Gaggal airport near here at 2 PM on Saturday, and address a public meeting at Throt (Shahpur) before inaugurating a bridge there. Singh will also listen to people's grievances at Throt.

The next day, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a few bridges and lay the foundation stone of some projects in Nurpur. He will then address a public meeting at Dah Kulara.
He will stay at Nurpur that night and meet the people to hear their grievances.
On Monday, the Chief Minister will tour Palampur area and attend a rally at Noura.
On December 31, Singh will perform the 'bhumi pujan' of several projects in Dharamsala, being implemented by the Union Urban Development Ministry.
He will inaugurate a data centre of the Kangra Central Co-op Bank in Dharamsala, before leaving for Shimla.
