Meanwhile, refined palmolein and linseeds oil ruled steady following absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, Castorseeds bold moved up by Rs 5 per 100kg to Rs 3,655 from tuesday's closing level of Rs 3,650 and castoroil commercial inched up by Re per 10kg to Rs 761.
Moving to non-edible segment, groundnutoil fell by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 920 from tuesday's closing level of Rs 925. However, refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 511 per 10kg.
Linseedoil closed unaltered at Rs 775 per 10kg.
