A minor boy was today booked for allegedly sodomising a 4-year old boy, police said today.
The victim's family belongs to Udaipur and has been staying in Mirasi Colony in Nagauri Gate area in Jodhpur. His father is a daily wager.
On Wednesday morning, the father had left for work and his wife was at home with the four children. In the afternoon, the victim left home to answer nature's call to the nearby area.
"When the boy did not return for a long time, her mother started looking for him and found a 15-year old boy from the same locality, forcing himself on her son. The moment, he saw her, he fled from the scene leaving the victim bleeding," police spokesperson said.
She informed her husband, who in turn registered a complaint with the police.
The police has registered a case under section 377 of IPC, POCSO Act and relevant sections under SC/ST Act.
"We have registered a case under various sections and examined the victim," said the police spokesperson, adding that an investigation is on.
