Rain lashes Rajasthan

Light to moderate rainfall today

continued in parts of Rajasthan with Malsisar in Jhunjhunu district recording maximum of 12 cm rains.

According to MeT office, Chabbara (Baran) and Tibbi (Hanumangarh) towns also recorded 8 and 7 cm rains respectively.

Many places in Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer and Bikaner and few places in Bharatpur divisions received light rains during the last 24 hours.

However, the weather remained mainly dry today, it said.

Light rains are expected at few places in eastern and Western parts of the state during next 24 hours, according to a MeT office forecast.
