Rajmah chitra remains weak on low demand

Rajmah remained weak at the wholesale market today due to low demand against adequate stocks position.

Marketmen said besides low demand, adequate stocks position in the market mainly pulled down rajmah chitra prices.

In the national capital, rajmah chitra eased to Rs 4,000-6,000 against last close of Rs 4,000-6,300 per quintal.

Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):

Urad 4,500-5,900, Urad Chilka (local) 6,400-6,600, best 6,600-7,200, Dhoya 7,000-7,400, Moong 6,900-7,900, Dal Moong Chilka local 7,800-8,300, Moong Dhoya local 7,800-8,100 and best quality 8,600-8,700.

Masoor small 5,800-5,950, bold 5,800-5,900, Dal Masoor local 6,900-7,000, best quality 7,000-7,100, Malka local 6,600-6,900, best 6,800-6,900, Moth 5,400-5,700, Arhar 4,950- 5,150, Dal Arhar Dara 6,250-6,500.
 

Gram 3,100-3,900, Gram Dal (local) 3,750-3,950, best quality 3,850-4,150, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,440, Rajdhani 1,440, Rajmah Chitra 4,000-6,000,Kabli Gram small 3,500-6,300, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,800-5,200, Peas white 2,800-2,850 and green 2,900-3,000.
