Anju Lakra top scored with 16 points, followed by M Pushpa with 13 for the winners, while Nayana Shakya netted 13 and Sneha Shrestha 10 for the Nepal women.
In another women's match, Western Railway Defeated KSEB 55-42. Manisha Dange with 20 points and Renu Maurya with 16 played well for the winners, while Jeena P S netted 23 points for the losers.
